Roman Koropeckyj is Professor of Slavic Languages & Literatures at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his B.A. in Comparative Literature at Columbia University in 1976 and his Ph.D. at Harvard University in 1990. He specializes in Polish and Ukrainian literature.
