20-hour marathon to be held on occasion of Taras Shevchenko's birthday.
During a marathon to be broadcast live, it is planned to recite works of the poet.
According to Culture Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko, such a lengthy reciting of works of the poet has never occurred either in Ukraine or in the world.
This year celebration of the poet's birthday is aimed to strengthen mobilization spirit of the nation. ATO fighters, legendary commanders, volunteers, community leaders, known artists, representatives of diplomatic community will be invited to recite works of Taras Shevchenko.
